Event Description

Join us for a very special 10th anniversary Wildland Firefighter Remembrance Run to honor the lives of wildland firefighters who were lost or seriously injured in the line of duty. We offer team or individual registration categories in a breathtaking 5k walk, 5k run, or 10k run through the Lava Beds National Monument. Funds raised will go to the Wildland Firefighter Foundation, for more information, visit www.wffoundation.org. We would also like to encourage our particpants to bring a photo and/or memory of a wildland firefighter they are participating for to post on our Running to Remember board. Following the race, participants and their families are invited to enjoy a BBQ lunch, raffle, and award ceremony.
