Event Description
The inaugural Atlanta Final Four 5k is a point-to-point course during the famed weekend of the NCAA Final Four. It starts at Suntrust Bank at the top of Main Street College Park and runs the entire length of Main Street to Willingham Dr. There are two minor hills between miles 1 & 2, but you finish the last mile running straight downhill on the famed Rugby Ave in Historic College Park. The event also includes a post-race festival complete with live music at the finish line in Barrett Park,. and it’s a Peachtree Road Race Qualifier, for those of you who are competitive.
The Atlanta Final Four 5k will undoubtedly prove to be one of Atlanta's fastest races and also doubles up as the USATF-Georgia Master's 5k Championship race.
Event details and schedule
The race begins at 7:30a at Suntrust Bank located at 3857 Main Street, College Park, GA 30337... Parking is available on location, as well as the College Park Marta Station located directly across the street from the start line. Be sure to represent your favorite college team.
