Event Description
We are excited to host our inaugural Run for Caregiving Youth 5K on April 19, 2020 at Spanish River Athletic Park in Boca Raton. This will be a fun filled day with laughter, happiness and love. All participants will receive a custom race bib (must register by April 16th), event shirt, finisher medal and goodie bag. This is a chip timed race with awards provided to the top 3 overall and in each age group.
The American Association of Caregiving Youth (AACY) is a non-profit corporation established in 1998, headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida. AACY is the only organization in the US dedicated solely to addressing caregiving youth issues.
Visioin of AACY - that every youth caring for chronically ill, injured, elderly or disabled family members will achieve success in school and life.
Mission of AACY - to increase awareness and provide support services for youth caregivers and their families by connecting them with healthcare, education and community resources.
