Event Description

Join JFCS during National Mental Health Awareness Month as we move for mental health awareness and the importance of access to affordable mental health and social services for all in our area, without regard for religion, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, or immigration status.  Virtual Race With A View allows participants the freedom to chose when, where, and how you walk or run, while feeling good about helping to sustain JFCS as we help those most affected by the coronavirus pandemic.  Register, create a team, and you can run or walk the distance of your choice in the location you choose (observing all recommendations regarding social distancing, of course!).  From May 1-31, upload your results to our website, and post your selfies on your favorite social media as well as JFCS' pages.  All participants in Virtual Race With A View will be automatically registered to participate with no additional fees in the live Race With A View in August, and all will qualify for the Long Beach Trifecta 5K/10K Series for Good, no matter what distance you walk or run.

You'll be helping JFCS continue its life-affirming work during this time of crisis and as we move forward, healing together as a community.
