Event Description

Covid-19 for 19 Virtual Run/Walk - 19 days to do 19 miles!

You can do it all in one day or do 1 mile each day…you choose when, how and where you run or walk!  All participants who complete 19 miles between June 1 and June 19 will get a shirt!

Register by May 31st and complete 19 miles at your convenience no later than midnight, June 19th.  Then, email a picture of your watch or phone with the time and distance to play@salisburync.gov.  Those who complete the mileage will receive a t-shirt!  After June 19, shirts will be mailed (for an optional shipping add-on of $5) or can be picked up at Hall Gym located at 1400-B W. Bank Street, Salisbury NC 28144.  Or, if you want 100% of your entry to go to Rowan Helping Ministries, just select "I don't need a shirt" as your shirt size during checkout.

This event is for all ages!!  There are no awards, but everyone who participates will be rewarded knowing they are helping their neighbors! 

ALL proceeds will go to Rowan Helping Ministries food bank for Covid-19 Relief.
