All levels of runners are welcome
Dates: 5/15 - 7/10.
Programs: Basic & Advanced
Basic: For beginner/intermediate runners with a goal to improve speed and running form
Advanced: For experienced runners with a goal of increasing speed and running their fastest race. The advanced schedule typically includes additional mileage/speed work
Training schedules written by experienced RRCA Certified Coaches.
Weekly Group Runs Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
Includes: Training Team Shirt & Base-Builder Schedule (on your own, begins in April).
Cost: $40 for SARR Members; join SARR during signup if not a member.
Current Covid-19 guidelines allow for us to meet in small groups with proper social distancing. Should guidelines or restrictions change before or during our training season we will modify our in-person sessions accordingly.
