The Mighty Moraine Man will be two days with a Sprint distance race each day.

Triathlon: 750 meter swim, 12 mile bike, 3.1 mile run
Duathlon: 1.5 mile run, 12 mile bike, 1.5 mile run
Adventure: Kayak 1 mile, Bike 12 miles, Run 3.1 miles
Aqua Bike: Swim 750 Meters, Bike 12 miles
Schedule:
- Transition and Temperature Check opens at 5:30 AM
- Race will start at 7:00 AM. There will be 25 to 30 people per wave and each wave will be 5 minutes apart. This will be the same schedule each day. 150-175 participants each day.
- All swimmers should be out of the water by 7:45 AM. All cyclists should be off the roads by 9:00 AM.
- All runners should be off the run course by 10:00 AM
- We should be out of the park by 12:00 PM with clean-up.
Courses:
- Swimmers will swim clockwise in the water.
- Transition will be in the lower parking lot.
- Bike, follow North Shore Drive to Mt. Union Road and do a U-Turn. Then follow North Shore Drive to the end at the entrance of McDanel Boat Launch entrance area. Do a U-turn. Follow North Shore Drive back to Lakeview Beach and transition.
- Run, follow around the concession area. Make a right onto the bike trail. Follow past Watts Bay and do a U Turn and run back and finish back at the concession area.
