Event Description

12 Week Program

We will give you the tools needed to build your bridge to health and happiness!

Registration closes and program begins on Monday, September 5th. 

"Our mission is to give instruction and support to individuals, families and groups to be physically fit, eat a well-balanced meal, follow a nutritional diet and thrive in a culture of wellness."

PROGRAM INCLUDES

- Weekly Monday meditation motivator email which will highlight a wellness topic, provide a sample workout, 
whole food focused recipe with vegan, vegetarian and meat protein options and ways to embrace daily wholesome activities

 

- Weekly live virtual lesson on wellness topic (listed below) or recorded lesson can be viewed at your pace

- Weekly Q&A on Gone Running Facebook page 

- Monthly newsletter highlighting a member's success story and a featured recipe

 

- 4 complimentary entries to in person or virtual walk/run competition events (see below for more information) 

 

- For additional cost, 1 on 1 nutrition consulting and/or fitness coaching

 

All instruction has been reviewed and approved by certified dietitian, registered diabetes educator, and nutritionist, 
Danielle Kennedy, RD, CDE, + Nutritionist 


WELLNESS TOPICS

We want to give you all the right information to empower you to make the best health choices to last a lifetime! Every week we will take a deep dive into each wellness topic listed below and some!

- Understand your body's physiology

- Discover your own biological individuality

- The effects nutritional harm reduction 

- The evolution of food science

- Fueling the body

- Dietary additions and subtractions

- Myths on nutrition

- Vitamins and minerals 

- 21 healthy habits to acquire

- Sustaining wellness

- Mental Clarity

- Goal setting

- and more!

Gain knowledge on these topics and better health choices are inevitable. The goal is to fuel the immune system rather than comprise it. 


Nutritional value will become top of mind. Food and drinks in its natural form is always the better option. We can show you it isn't that hard or costly. In fact, it can be more affordable and it's healthy so it is a win/win! Dedicate 30-45 minutes a day for food prep and cooking. Embrace cutting - it will become your new best friend! In consideration of your time, all recipes will be 30 minutes or less.

Competition Event

Saturday, December 5th at the Manalapan Recreation Center Field at 11:00 AM

We will do a group run warm up, stretches and then break up into our competition events. We will be offering a walk/run at the distances of:

1/4 mile
1/2 mile
1 mile
2 mile
5K

We will start with the shortest distance first. This event is also available virtually, simply just send in your distance and result time.
There will be overall and age group results generated.
