Event Description

This cycling event follows the eight-mile loop around New Mexico’s Bottomless Lakes State Park that was once home to “America’s most incredible road racing circuit,” historically called the Las Ocho Millas (Road and Track, August 1967).

The 10th annual Tour de Ocho Millas (TdOM) will take place virtually this year due to COVID 19 restrictions in New Mexico. Great news – we have expanded our event to include running and walking as well as the traditional bicycle ride!!! Let’s have fun together and continue the TdOM tradition. 

The TdOM is a fundraising event for Reflection & Recovery (R&R), a non-profit 501c3 public charity with a focus on recovery from addiction. Reflections & Recovery is honored to offer healing opportunities to all those who are wounded by the hurts, habits, and struggles of life. We use a faith-based approach to problems. R&R provides the tools to help you successfully wage war against difficult life areas. Our programs assist people in every facet of their life through reconciliation with God, healing, and learning and living the spiritual disciplines through Biblical teaching and discipleship.
