Event Description

From October 1 - 31 we will Ride the Continental Divide to support breast cancer research as part of the ACS DetermiNation team!
Breaking Away For Breast Cancer allows participants from all over the country to gather together virtually, setting team and/or individual mileage goals in the fight against breast cancer. Miles can be ridden on a bike outside or on a trainer/stationary bike indoors.

The Details:

October 1 - 31
Register starting August 24th 
Start tracking miles on October 1

Goals

Teams have a goal of 1,500 miles 
Individuals have a goal of 150 miles

Courses

The team course begins at the Continental Divide Trailhead in Montana and traverses across the Continental Divide across the Rockies down to Gila National Forest in New Mexico. 
The individual course begins in Rocky Mountain National Park in Northern Colorado and runs through National Forests, across 14ers, and ends for a Hot Springs soak in Buena Vista, Colorado.
