Event Description

The Champions For Children and Families 5K, 8K, and 10K Race/Walk is sponsored by the advisory Board to the Anne Arundel County Department of Social Services. Our goal is to raise $25,000 for the Anne Arundel County Family Assistance Fund, which supports programs that benefit children and youth served by DSS. Proceeds this year will benefit the Family Support Center, youth in foster care, activities to support individuals experiencing homelessness, and more. 

REGISTRATION FEES:

Individual 5K = $25 early bird rate (through 9/19); $30 (9/20-9/30); $35 (thereafter)

Individual 8K = $30 early bird rate (through 9/19); $35 (9/20-9/30); $40 (thereafter)

Individual 10K = $35 early bird rate (through 9/19); $40 (9/20-9/30); $45 (thereafter)

Sleep In Donation: $35

DESCRIPTION
The Champions For Children 5K Race/Walk is sponsored by the advisory Board to the Anne Arundel County Department of Social Services. Our goal is to raise $25,000 for the Anne Arundel County Family Assistance Fund, which supports privately funded programs that benefit children and youth served by DSS. 100% of our net proceeds this year will benefit Harmony House, which provides a safe and comfortable setting where children and youth in foster care can visit with their families during the reunification process.

REGISTRATION FEES:

Individual 5K = $25 early bird rate (through 2/28); $30 (3/1-4/25); $45 (thereafter)
Team/Family Member 5K (please only select if you are a member of a team/family of 4 or more people)= $20 early bird rate (through 2/28); $25 (3/1-4/25); $30 thereafter
Child (10 years old or younger) = $15

Sleep In Donation: $35
