WHAT IS THE CANCER CRUSHING CHALLENGE VIRTUAL RUN?

The Virtual Run is a 1 mile walk or 5K, 10K run that can be completed in your own neighborhood, at a local park, or even the treadmill. Sign up and then decide on a route and start the Cancer Crushing Challenge anytime during October 1-October 9, anywhere, and with your favorite people! You choose the place, you choose your time. Run or walk from anywhere. Then let's celebrate by picking up your "Lederhosen T-Shirt or Beer Stein" SWAG along with a finisher ribbon at Howard Amon Park – Central on October 10th from 10 am – 1 pm!  Funds raised by the Tri-Cities Cancer Center Foundation stay local and are used to help cancer patients and provide free resources to the community.
