Event Description

We are excited to announce that for the first time, we are hosting a virtual 10K/5K Run and 1K Fun Walk.  Virtual races happen all the time and allow you to join the fun without the crowds.  You get to run your race at your own pace and time it yourself.  There will be no specific course.  This means you can run, jog, walk, skip, or dance to the finish line.  You can do this on the sidewalk, on a track, on a treadmill or a trail, just remember to use recommended safety precautions and practice social distancing.

This year, an estimated 16,850 children age 0-19 will be diagnosed with cancer! Pediatric Cancer is the #1 cause of death by disease in kids 0-19!

The impact of a cancer diagnosis is far-reaching, affecting not only the child but their family and community. Our mission to help local families who have already heard "your child has cancer" as well as those who will soon hear those devastating words.

The donations you make today make a difficult journey a little easier and provide HOPE for tomorrow.100% of funds raised will go to provide assistance to families whose child is currently going through treatment for a cancer diagnosis.

Race - October 1st - October 31st

RACE SHIRTS and BIB

Registration includes digital bib and finisher certificate with participants name, submitted time and how you placed

All participants who register by September 30th will receive a commemorative race shirt.

To participate in the contests all you need to do is share your pictures/videos with us on our Facebook page.

AWARDS 

Runners will have until November 1st to submit times to be considered for an award.  A cash prize will be awarded to 1st Place Male & Female runners in the 5K & 10K events
