The Hallow-Queen Virtual run/walk 5k weekend can be run anywhere as long as you make sure to keep your head high, we don't want that crown to slip.

Includes a finisher medal, Halloween themed Spotify playlist, a printed bib, and a virtual after-race party via Zoom on November 1st, with an "awards" ceremony for best race costume, most unique Hallow-queen 5k photo, and Creepin' It Real Ghoul-friend accountability team challenge winners.

The Creepin’ It Real fitness and accountability challenge is designed to get you up and moving toward a healthier, fitter you right in time for Halloween! You can join with a friend or be paired up with an accountability partner.

An initial private goal-setting and a mid-challenge session with an RRCA coach and your accountability ghoul-friend
Choice of accountability adventure; 100 fitness activities, 75 miles, or 150 miles to be split with your accountability partner
