Our lives, and in fact the world, has changed drastically since last year's SebastianStrong 5K, but one thing that hasn't is that children and adolescents battling cancer need our help. In fact, they need our help now, more than ever! With the need for social distancing and restrictions placed on social gatherings most nonprofits have had to forego most, if not all, of their biggest fundraising events. That means less money is available to fund critically needed research. But the need for funding and research still exist, because pediatric cancer doesn't stop...and neither will we!

Please join SebastianStrong Foundation for our first ALL VIRTUAL 5k. You can run or walk 3.1 miles anytime and anywhere you choose on November 14th. Show your solidarity in this fight, remind these kids they are not alone, and help to spread awareness by wearing your SebastianStrong swag and snapping a few pictures to share with us via social media or email. Use the hashtags #RunStrong #SebsStrong and tag us on our social media channels (IG & Twitter @SebsStrong; FB: @SebastianStrong).

Some ways YOU can make a difference:

• Register to participate in our virtual 5K...it's only 3.1 miles and you can walk or run it anytime you choose.
• Create your very own fundraising page and share it with everyone you know. Let them know that 46 kids are diagnosed with cancer every day in the U.S. and that is not okay!
• Share the registration link to our 5K, as well as your own fundraising page on social media. In fact, like, comment, share, and repost as often as you can. Help us get the word out that kids battling cancer need our help.
• And finally, if you can, donate! Every dollar makes an impact and can help save a life.
