Event Description

2.2 For 22 Walk for Vets strives to raise awareness with the Las Positas College campus and community that 22 veterans are lost to suicide a day.  Funds raised will help bring mental health professionals to Las Positas College in an effort to support mental health services for student veterans and to stop suicide among veterans.  Funds will also support services provided by the Pleasanton Military Families.

The format of the 2.2 For 22 Walk for Vets is divided in virtual challenges(listed below) emphasizing 22. These challenges do not require you to be at any particular location. Challenges can be completed/attempted from anywhere! There are a total of 22 challenges to complete, averaging one challenge a day. You do not have to complete the challenges in order and can do multiple in one day. 

**All participants will receive a 2.2 Walk for Vets T-shirt and a commemorative medal!
