Event Description

The Atlanta Children’s Shelter will host its first-ever virtual 5K October 23-25, 2020. Supporters will raise money for ACS programs serving children and families facing homelessness in Metro Atlanta. All participants will receive a race t-shirt. Shirts will be mailed after the race to the address provided in your registration.

The Atlanta Children's Shelter's mission is to break the cycle of poverty for families facing homelessness by building pathways to long-term self-sufficiency, and providing quality early childhood education. Since 1986, the Atlanta Children's Shelter has cared for over 8,000 children and helped more than 5,000 families.
