Event Description

Drink a pint of Cloverland* Egg Nog** run 1/4 a mile, drink another pint of egg nog run 1/4 a mile, drink a third pint of egg nog run 1/4 a mile, and finally drink a fourth pint of Egg Nog run 1/4 a mile. All the egg nog must be in your system for the duration of the mile.

In total you will drink four pints of Cloverland Egg Nog and you run a mile... The Egg Nog Mile. Then enter your time and wear your shirt with pride.  

*Or other Race Director approved pint of Egg Nog. You must purchase the egg nog yourself at your local supermarket. 

**Vegan runners can pick a dairy-free egg nog and will compete separately
