Event Description

Galentine’s Day will be DIFFERENT this year but that doesn’t mean you still can’t celebrate VIRTUALLY. Whether you’re looking for a fun way to celebrate Galentine’s Day or score awesome swag, this event is for you! 

Once you’ve completed a 5K run/walk on Saturday, February 13th and submit your results, you’ll get to open up your personal swag-box which will include everything you need to make Galentine’s Day extra special!

New this year: TEAM RELAY
Register with a team and log as many miles as you can on the day of the race. This can be separate or the same as your 5k mileage (double dipping allowed). Top 3 teams with the most miles win an award!  

Beneficiary:
Girls on the Run of Atlanta is our official beneficiary for the 2021 Galentine's Day 5k! Girls on the Run offers evidence-based afterschool programs that inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident. Because their coaches are trained in building supportive girl groups and part of their curriculum teaches girls how to be a good friend and choose good friends, we thought they'd be a natural fit as the beneficiary for this race! We are particularly supporting their scholarship fund, so that Girls on the Run programs can be for EVERY girl!

Awards breakdown: First Place Overall Female, First Place Masters female, and 1 deep in each age group - Womens <10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+. These speedy ladies will each receive a fantastic award!
