Event Description
Naval Base Coronado Community Recreation wants to celebrate Military Spouse Appreciation Month by hosting a virtual Women's Empowerment Weekend. These events will take place throughout the course of 2 days! Saturday, May 15th and Sunday, May 16th.
May 15th activities include: Keynote speaker presentation, a 7-minute workout, DIY Self-care and a grilling and cocktail class.
May 16th activities include: Keynote speaker presentation, journaling workshop, The Myer's & Briggs presentation and paint activity, Cooking class featuring Sushi and Dessert.
**All registered participants will receive a discount code for the Bay Bridge Run on May 16th.
