Event Description

Tender Hearts Ministries is hosting our first annual March for the Heart 5k and Fun Run to benefit our homeless shelters.  Tender Hearts provides a clean and safe shelter for women and their children, food, clothing, Biblical counseling, assistance achieving GED, financial management instruction, job training, and hope for a better life. Tender Hearts ministers to struggling women and children within North and South Carolina with a focus on York County. Our House of Hope is a 9-month shelter program designed to give a fresh perspective on life and develop job skills that will enable them to better support their families and empower them to be a more productive part of society. Our mission continuously drives us to meet the needs of our community.  We have just been approved to open the City of York's first Men's Homeless Shelter.  Join us in March, come out and crawl, walk or run to help us get it up and running!  

Packet pickup will be Friday March 12th from 10am-7pm and the day of the race from 7am-8am at our Mill Headquarters located at 145 Blackburn St, York, SC 29745
