Event Description

The 19th Annual Rock 'N Race in Concord, N.H. will go on in person on May 22, or virtually throughout the month of May. We will be walking, running and raising funds for cancer patients and survivors receiving care, treatment and support at Concord Hospital's Payson Center for Cancer Care.

New to 2021:

YOUR WAY LIVE - Rock 'N Race live - run and/or walk a 5K route on May 22 at Memorial Field in Concord. Event features live music, food to go, and complete CV-19 safety protocols for running events in New Hampshire. The running portion of this live event will be timed. 

YOUR WAY VIRTUAL - walk or run ANYTIME during the month of May. If you are running competitively, you can submit your time via our platform and the popular app RaceJoy.

YOUR WAY RAISE - Our NEW website makes it easy to choose - raise money as an individual or on your team.

Choose YOUR WAY to support our friends and neighbors living with cancer. All proceeds go directly to Concord Hospital's Payson Center for Cancer Care.
