Please join us for the Spring Into Action 5K/Walk. April is Child Abuse Prevention and Awareness Month. This event is being hosted in support of the REACH clinic in Watertown to help child abuse victims.

The REACH clinic provides a number of services, including medical care, victim advocacy, and case   investigation, to children and families when there is a concern of possible child abuse. Within the last two years, the clinic has performed 217 evaluations for 10 counties in NE South Dakota, 91 of those originating in Codington County.  Watertown and the surrounding areas in NE South Dakota are extremely fortunate to have this amazing service available so close to home.

Event details and schedule

5K and walk will start and finish in the garage at the Watertown Police Department located at 128 N. Maple. Registration starts at 9:00 am and 5K/Walk starts at 10:00 am. For safety reasons, no pets, bikes or roller blades please.

$20 per person if pre-registered by 12:00 PM on April 23rd 

$25 per person on the day of the event

Participating Kids 12 and under are FREE but a registration form MUSTbe completed and signed by the parent.

Kids riding in stroller are FREE and no registration form is needed. No shirt will be received.

Register by April 12th if you want to be guaranteed a T-shirt. We will order some extras but once they are gone we won’t be ordering any more.
