Event Description

Strut For Kids fulfills the mission to provide HOPE to Cape Fear families on the childhood cancer journey through:

Financial support. Mortgage and rent, light bills, car repairs, medical bills, hotels and gas cards are paid through our Hope Fund.
Fun family events. We throw fun events to put smiles on kids faces.
Building a community. We strive to ensure our families never feel like they're fighting alone.
No Mo Chemo Celebrations. When our cancer warriors reach this milestone, we throw them a big party of their choice!

In completing this race, you are honoring the incredible childhood cancer warriors right here in our town and helping to ensure food is kept on the table, rent is paid, lights stay on, and many smiles are made while celebrating milestones and having fellowship with other families on this journey.
