Spring into action to help a neighbor in need. All proceeds go to Project Share.

Run, walk or dance your way to the finish line! The Spring Fling Virtual 5K race can be completed any way you choose; on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, on the track, or at the gym. NO timers, NO pace, NO alarm clocks! 

Complete 3.1 miles anytime, anywhere between May 1 - May 8, 2021! To keep things fun, send us a picture of your finishing time with your medal.

Register prior to April 23rd to ensure you receive your medal prior to May 1st.
