Event Description

Robert's Run exists to remember Robert Leonardi and raise money for children's education and play. Robert's Run is a  5k and 1 mile chip timed run/walk in Hamilton Montana on Saturday, August 7, 2021.   This run is to honor the late Robert Leonardi and fundraise for the the Robert Leonardi Memorial Fund.  This course is flat, fast, and fun.  Stay for the festivities for the entire family after the race including food and drink vendors, inflatables, and more.

In 2021, we are also offering a Virtual 5k/1 mile run/walk.  This can be done anywhere.  This can be completed anytime on Saturday, August 7th.  The fees are the same as the in-person event and all funds go directly to the Robert Leonardi Memorial Fund.

Additionally,  we have added an option to "Be active for Robert".  Our fundraising event is not just a 5k/1 mile run.  This activity can be completed anywhere on Saturday, August 7th.  You can Fish, Camp, Swim, Hike, Garden, Read, Cook, Build, Golf, Bike, Travel, Play, or anything you can think of that is active!  

The Robert Leonardi Memorial Fund exists to honor Robert and support children's education and play in our community.  Robert's fund projects have included: Tether Ball Courts, Basketball Backboards and Hoops, Gymnasium Scoreboards, Library Reading Series, Community RAL Trail and Proposed Extension, and Directed 4th Grade Yellowstone Education Funding.
