Classes will be held at the Point Mugu Racquetball Courts

April Schedule: 

Mondays

  • Circuit Training: 7am
  • Circuit Training: 5:30pm

 

Tuesdays

  • Zumba: 11:30am
  • Body Fusion: 5:30pm

 

Wednesdays: 

  • Circuit Training: 7am
  • Body Fusion: 11:30am
  • BootCamp: 5:30pm

 

Thursdays

  • Body Fusion: 11:30am
  • Zumba: 5:30pm

 

Course Descriptions: 

Body Fusion

Mat exercises that are designed to strengthen, lengthen, and balance the body using a systematic practice of specific exercises and couples with focused breathing patterns. Strengthen your core with this excellent workout.  

 

BootCamp

High Intensity Interval Training that incorporates a variety of equipment and/or body weight for exercises. Each class is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals. 

 

Circuit Training 

High Intensity Interval Training that incorporates a variety of equipment and/or body weight for exercises. Each class is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals. 

 

Zumba

A fusion of Latin and international dance/music themes that create a dynamic, exciting and FUN effective cardio workout.  The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body- Not your normal dance or aerobic class. Zumba is great for all ages and fitness levels.
