Event Description

Tribe is an opportunity for those to see how great they are .  This event is built to test your strength, endurance and mental toughness with seven grueling stations broken up with sprints.  Being mid-June it will be hot, the pace will be pushed and at times you will want to quit but if you finish, glory, pride and gratifications awaits.  

Prizes for:

• Top Individuals, Male and Female in their respective age groups
• Top Team Male and Female (4 Participants)
• Top Co-ed Team (4 Participants)

The Challenge

Zone 1 - 25 Cal Assault Bike into a 300m Run
Zone 2 - 20 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24" men / 20" women) into a 300m Run
Zone 3 - 750m Ski into a 300m Run
Zone 4 - 30 Ram Snatches (44lb men / 22lb women) into a 300m Run
Zone 5 - 750m Row into a 300m Run
Zone 6 - 100yd Drag (45lb men / 25lb women) into a 300m Run
Zone 7 - 1000yd Farmer Carry (45lb KB's men / 25lb KB's women) into a 300m Run
Zone 8 - 100yd Sled Push (205lbs men / 135lb women) into a 50yd Sprint to Finish Line
