Please join us: In Person Walk 4.4 Miles or Virtually Run/Walk 5K to bring Awareness, Change, And Justice in Anthony’s honor and support the fight against Distracted Drivers. 100% of all proceeds will go directly to the Anthony Calls 4 Humanity Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to Advocate, Educate and Support the need for Humanity, that also targets Hospital Policy for Unidentified Persons, And towards Awareness and Solutions to end Distracted Driving. The foundation was created in honor of Anthony Mejias, a beautiful 19 year old boy with a life song of spreading love and joy with a huge heart filled with compassion that left imprints to everyone that met him. Unfortunately he did not receive that from others on the night he was killed by a distracted driver. Easter weekend 2021, Anthony sought out to go home to visit his family. His bus stop in Orlando, FL would be the start of events that would rob him from his promising future and create a hole in the hearts of many that love him. Through the coarse of that night and several days after, he endured an immense lack of humanity which ended with his vibrant life taken away by a distracted driver who was either texting or under the influence while driving, to add to the tragedy, the driver heartlessly fled the scene. **REGISTRATION INCLUDES A T-SHIRT AND BIB** ***FIRST 30 REGISTRANTS WILL GET SPECIAL ADDED SWAG***

In Person Walkers: Meet at Warren Park, 3406 Warren Park Rd, Orlando, FL 32812 at 8:30am to pick up your Shirt. Walk starts at 9:30am, we will begin a 2.2 mile walk to arrive at 6400 S. Orange Avenue (where the hit and run took place), once there, we will take a moment to honor those that have lost their lives to distracted drivers. (Please send us an email to: advocate@Anthonycalls4humanity.org with your loved ones name to include them in our memorial speech. After the memorial we walk back to Warren Park using the same route. Complimentary Water/Soda and Chips will be provided. Feel free to tag us: #AC4H.

Virtual Run/Walkers: Choose a day in the month of April that you wish to Run/Walk 5K. Once completed, take a selfie wearing your swag or picture of your app and send it to events@Anthonycalls4humanity.org, this will authorize us to share the picture on our page! If you have a loved one that lost their life to a distracted driver, please email us their name to: advocate@Anthonycalls4humanity.org to include in the memorial speech on 4/13/24. Don’t forget to tag us #AC4H. 

Every Participant and Donor will be part of the ongoing efforts and heart of this foundation. By joining us, you will add a handprint to help bring change to our communities.

When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you? “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me. MATHEW 25: 35-40
