SHE TRAINS GR is the official training program of the SHE RUNS Grand Rapids Half Marathon
The goal of SHE TRAINS GR is to provide a safe, welcoming environment for any woman interested in engaging with a coached, supported group training for the SHE RUNS Grand Rapids Half Marathon. The program is designed with the needs of women in mind - physiological, emotional, and communal.
Program Schedule:
The group will meet weekly on Saturdays at 8 am from June 22nd through September 28th.
