Rocky Cap Trail Races

Sat. Oct. 23.    8:00 a.m. start all races
5/ 10/ 15 miles
REAL LIVE OUTDOORS races in scenic
Westside Open Space Reserve Park.

On-line pre- registration until Tues. Oct. 19
8 p.m. M.D.T.   $30 each race ($5 Military discount and to finishers of April 24 Sleeping Lion Trail Runs!)

Late Entry fee after 8 p.m. 10/19 = $35 each race (no discounts)

In- person registration and packet pick-up
Friday Oct. 22, 3- 6 p.m. at UP And Running, 3233 N. Mesa Ste. 205

Limited packet pick-up morning of race 
7:30> 7:45.  Please confirm with us ahead of time.

SWAG
T-shirts to all entrants. Men's and women's sizes available.  Please choose accordingly.
CAPS (baseball style)-- race IS called "Rocky CAP" -- and medals to all FINISHERS.  You must finish distance for which you sign up.

Awards to the first 4,  M/ F overall each race.
No age group awards.

** loop goes out into remote areas of park (in woods down by I-10) 

Loop = 5 miles.  Limited aid (bottled water, coke, sprite only) midway through the loop
Main aid station near start/ finish.
Please carry adequate fluids with you.  These are hilly, Rocky trails.  Be prepared for any type of weather.
