Event Description

REGISTRATION/CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 6:30 a.m. and the RACE BEGINS AT 7:15 SHARP! 

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED. Thank you, racers!!! 

Let your running take flight with this fun 5K at the Jimmy Stewart Airport and yes, Run the Runway!  Start the day early with us and see planes and helicopters of all sorts stationed around as you run the fairly flat course.  All race registrants will receive a free ticket to the weekend's festivities courtesy of Innovative Aviation (voucher good for either Saturday or Sunday entrance)!  Visit the Airport website for more information on the Jimmy Stewart Airport Airshow.

Athletes registered online by June 27 are guaranteed a race t-shirt. Some shirts may be available on race day.

Official timing provided by Gingerbread Man Running Co.  Award for top overall runners (male and female) and awards for top three in each age group: 13&U, 14-16, 17-20, 21-25, 26-30, 31-35, 36-40, 41-45, 46-50, 51-55, 56-60, 61-65, 66+
