In celebration of SGMP’s 40th Anniversary we are hosting an in-person and virtual run.
Registration will remain open until September 15th.
The Virtual Run is an excellent opportunity for those who would like to participate in the 40th Anniversary Ruby Run but are unable to attend in person. You are encouraged to share your photos with us so we can post them on our social media outlets.
T-shirts with the 40th Anniversary Logo will be available for purchase.
Optional Postage Fee: $7 will be added to orders that request shipping for the virtual run/walk.

- 5:00am: Registration Opens & Packet Pickup in South Hall 2
- 5:45am: Registration & Packet Pickup Closes
- 5:45am: Race Announcements
- 6:00am: 4K Starts
- 7:30 Run Closes
- 9:30 am: Times posted
- 12:00pm: Awards presented during General Session luncheon

There are NO refunds of registration fees after September 1, 2021. This event will occur rain or shine, warm or cold. We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances. In that event, there will be no refunds, rather, your entry fee will be used as a donation to the Society of Government Meeting Professionals.
