Event Description

St. Louis Track Club is excited to invite everyone to join the 2021 Corps of Discovery Half Marathon and 5-mile trail races, held in the beautiful Weldon Spring Conservation Area on Sept 4th, 2021. 

Course Description:

The course will cover approximately 13.1 miles and begin from the Lewis & Clark trailhead in the Weldon Spring Conservation Area off Hwy 94. Half marathon participants will first run the 8-mile Lewis trail and then the 5-mile Clark trail. The course will travel counterclockwise and will not be closed to outside use. There will be markings along the course and a volunteer where the trails split. The 5-mile option will cover 1 loop of the Clark trail. The trail winds itself along the bluffs of the Missouri River down the hardwood-lined ridges and into the hollows so all participants will have something to enjoy. Route map available HERE

 Awards for the top overall 3 males and females; as well as the top 3 male and female finishers in each age group: Under 18;18-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; and 70 & older. 

***USATF certified courses. 

Registration includes a chip-timed bib, tri-blend race t-shirt, finishers medal, and more.

$65 -Half Marathon ($70 after 7/1/2021)

$45 -5 miles race ($50 after 7/1/2021)

Become a member of the St. Louis Track Club and get an additional discount on registration. You can join during registration for the race.

With rules continuing to change frequently, we will update our Covid guidelines closer to the race date but will follow all city and county guidelines applicable at the time of the race.
