Event Description

Event Description: This is a do-anywhere 10k or 10mi run or walk to be completed within the month of October (Breast Cancer Awareness Month) with all proceeds going to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Have a dog? Have them run/walk with you! For $5.50 extra, we will send you a participation medal for your pup, as well! Additional pup merch will also be available for purchase (see below). Proceeds from this race will go to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

Contest: Use the fundraising option to have friends and family sponsor you! All donations/sponsorships go to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. The participant who raises the most will win a prize package worth over $100 in value!! (Fundraising is not required to participate in this event.)

Fees and Merch: Sign-up fee includes race registration, a t-shirt (available in sizes Adult S to 4XL), and a participation medal. Participants can upgrade to a performance/tech shirt for $13 extra. Those who sign up before August 27th will get their shirts before October, so they can be worn during your run/walk; those who sign up later will receive their shirts with their race medals at the end of October/beginning of November. Additional merchandise can be purchased from a number of different locally owned businesses, for additional charges, with a portion of those proceeds also going to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. These items will be shipped separately.
