Format:  Teams of 4

Terrain:  Trail

Goal:  Gain as many points as possible

Duration:  4 Hours

Onyx by Double Black Events is a team trail event like you've never experienced before.  

The goal:  bring as many sandbags as possible back to your base in four hours. 

In teams of four, you'll strategize, carry, climb, and run your way to victory.  Starting at your base, each team member will choose one of the many color-coded trail routes accessible from the starting area.  At the end of each of these routes, there will be sandbags worth a certain number of points depending on the difficulty and length of the route.  Try to go for many shorter, lower point sandbags or go farther for higher points.  You can even try to get one of our "golden sandbags" which will be at the end of the most difficult trail, but worth the most points.  Bring a sandbag back to your base and earn the equivalent amount of points for your team.  The team with the highest amount of points after four hours, wins the competition.  

Our Inaugural Event:
