The Storm Trail Race Series mission is to encourage people of all skill levels to participate in trail racing events, get outdoors, and enjoy the beautiful local trails in Southeast MN. Your donations and a percentage of the profits from this event will go to the Youth Mental Health programs at Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center.
To lessen our race footprint on the environment, we are cupless. Please bring your own reusable cup, refillable water bottle, etc… You will have an opportunity to purchase a silicone drinking cup at checkout.
The Race will be held at Briggs Outdoors. You will get to experience the steep climbs, open prairies, and wooded single-track trails that the bluffs in the Driftless Region of Southeast Minnesota has to offer.
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO RACE DAY! There will NOT be race day registrations.
We have 5k, 10k, 16k, 21k, and 43k “Ultra” distances starting on Saturday, July 24th at 6:00 am.
Friday, July 23th
4:00 pm - 8:00 pm - Packet pickup. Wood-fired Pizzas will be available for purchase, so come early hang out for a while and enjoy a pre-race meal.
Saturday, July 24th
5:00 am - 8:30 am - Packet Pickup
6:00 am - 43k start
8:00 am - 21K and 16K start
8:30 am - 10k start
9:00 am - 5k start
All-day: games, music, spectating, and wood-fired pizzas for purchase.
Friday night camping is available for $10. Tents and small campers are welcome!
We are offering a large variety of race shirts and other merchandise that can be purchased through our Ink to the People store. (Note: this is an additional storefront to the items you can purchase as part of your race checkout.)
