Check in: 5:30 – 7 a.m. (Under tent south of transition area) 
Pre-Race Meeting: 7:15 a.m.
Transition area closes at 7:15 a.m.
First Wave starts at 7:30 a.m. 
Super Sprint Wave 1 | 6 to 10 Year Olds | 7:30 am
Super Sprint Wave 2 | Females 11+ | 7:50 am
Super Sprint Wave 3 | Males 11+ | 7:50 am

30 minute delay between Super Sprint and Sprint

SPRINT

RULES: USA Triathlon rules will apply. All cyclists must wear a hard-shell helmet. Wet suits and disc wheels are allowed. Center line rule will be strictly enforced.

AWARDS: Custom Cornhusker State Games gold, silver and bronze medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each division.
