Returning for 2022 - The Vac & Dash 62 10K's for 62 Days Challenge. This challenge is all about time on your feet and moving forward in the heat of the summer...
The goal is simple - run, walk or run/walk at least a 10K a day each and every day in July and August.
You can split the miles up. Ex. - You can go for a 4-mile run in the morning, 1-mile walk during lunch and hop on the treadmill in the evening for a 1.2-mile run walk to get your 10K in.
The Vac & Dash 62 10K's in 62 Days is a great challenge to prepare you for the fall marathon season!
The $35.00 entry fee includes your choice of a cool max shirt or tank top. ($40.00 July 1 & 2)
