Event Description

The Show Your S.O.L.E. (Support.Outreach.Love.Engagement.) Virtual 5K Run/Walk is an opportunity to bring together the community for a fun-filled event that supports good physical & mental health and good times, as well as encourage the community to show Support, Outreach, Love and Engagement to your love ones, to those whom have made life easier for us, to those whom have sacrificed, to those whom need a warm embrace, to those whom work daily helping others...you name it!!!  Mental Health is important, so be sure to Show Your S.O.L.E. throughout the month and make a difference in your life and the lives of others.  Event proceeds will support Stone Mountain-Lithonia Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.'s (SM-LAC) community service programs and the scholarship program for college bound high school seniors.  A portion of the proceeds will benefit:  DeKalb Community Services Board.

A Virtual 5K Run/Walk means that you can run, jog or walk your 3.1 miles wherever you choose to...your neighborhood, a park, a track or on a treadmill.  Pick the best date for you between 10/30/2021-11/30/2021.  Post race results on race website by 11/30/2021.  Gather your family, friends, coworkers, etc.  Form a team or walk individually and create your own camaraderie and/or friendly competition.  To create a sense of community, upload pics to the Race page and to social media...tag #smlacdst5K #smlacdstshowyoursole5k. 

Entry Fee & Registration (A processing fee will be added to each transaction):

• $30 - Early Bird Entry...Through 9/30
• $35 - Regular Entry...10/1 - 11/30 (Last Registration Day to receive a T-Shirt and Finisher's Medal is 10/1/2021)

SWAG - Items included with Race Registration (must register by 10/1/2021 to receive T-Shirt and Finisher's Medal by 10/30/2021):

• Commemorative T-Shirt
• Commemorative Finisher's Medal
• Downloadable (Digital) Race Bib
