Be the reason a child smiles!

Each year this race raises funds for Boys & Girls Clubs of the Virginia Peninsula’s Smart Smiles at the Dentist Program. All proceeds provide dental care and education to Club members who do not have insurance or cannot afford to go. Appointment scheduling, transportation to and from dentists’ offices, and parent communication is all organized by Boys & Girls Clubs staff so parents do not have to take time off work to ensure their children visit the dentist. We facilitate cleanings, fill cavities, place crowns and sealants, and provide numerous other dental services FREE of charge. Each year 250 children visit the dentist thanks to community members like you!
