Race Start/Finish: The Run Start is in the field on the west side of Highlander Park and quickly enters Dunedin Hammock Park, affectionately call "The Hammock"; a mixed hardwood forest filled with more than 300 native species of trees, shrubs, ferns and wild flowers. With the exception of a slight uphill grade at the end of the first mile, followed by approximately 50 yards of Florida's sugar sand, the course is relatively flat. Towards the end of the second mile the course encounters approximately 100 yards of boardwalk where passing may be challenging. Most all other parts of the run are canopied which brings comfort to Florida's climate. The race length is approximately 3.1 miles.

Race Parking: Parking for the race is at Ed Eckert Dr, just west of Fire Station 61, 901 Michigan Ave. It is shown on the Race Course Map.

Results: Results will be available on site after the race and posted here under the Event heading above later in the day.

Beneficiary: The Trail Run is sponsored by the Dunedin Scottish Arts Foundation, a non-profit 501c3 organization.  Proceeds help support Dunedin’s many music and dance programs, keeping our Scottish heritage alive.  Thank you for your support!

Awards:

Awards will be given for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place male and female winners.
