Event Description

Child & Family Center’s Purple Palooza is a 5k Color Walk recognizing National Domestic Violence Awareness Month. The walk begins at Child & Family Center with a light breakfast and warm up festivities. Participants will walk on local sidewalks and bike paths, where they will have the opportunity to go through “purple checkpoints” for an extra bit of color to help spread the awareness. The fun continues after the walk with Purple Palooza activities for kids, entertainment, vendor booths, food trucks, and fun for the whole family! Don’t forget to bring your furry family members along for the walk as well!

Together we can take the first step toward ending domestic violence in our community!
So tie up those running shoes and join us to spread awareness, raise money to end domestic violence and have a great time being active together.
