Event Description
It's Oktoberbest kick off in Downtown Dunedin and it always begins with Dunedin Original Craft Beer Runs! It's our 12 annual year and this a MUST DO whether you choose 5K, 10K, or 1 mile. If you are up for it, take on the Craft Beer Challenge (do all 3 distances) at one of the best race events of the year with awesome craft beer at our post race party in Downtown Dunedin. The free post race food is great and the huge finisher's medals are always a big hit! All participants also recive the craft beer race shirt and awards for top finishers. We'll see you Saturday, September 30, 2017 in downtown Dunedin. You will love all the great businesses in the surrounding area that will tempt your taste buds from are awesome breweries distilleries and restaurants while on your visit to Dunedin.

Check in opens as early as 8 am at the race venue Bauser's 520 Douglas Avenue.
10K kicks off at 9 am
5K at 10:30 am
the mile to complete the challenge... well "what the heck" that starts when everyone's ready for it.
Each distance is entirely on the Pinellas Trail which is flat and fast so baby strollers are welcome. All registrants (no matter the distance you choose) distance), race shirt, FREE BEER. and a post-race snack. You you all be electronically scored.
This is a sellout race so please do not anticipate race day registration the price increases with every 100 registrants so we encourage you to register early all of our races benefit the local athletic teams who volunteer for you so please remember to say thank you to a law enforcement officer or team along the course who is there to make your day and amazing experience.

Event details and schedule
The race takes place from Bauser's 520 Douglas Avenue, adjacent Dunedin Stadium. The course is entirely paved and stroller friendly. Dogs are welcome at this one and we hope you'll enjoy meeting the foster and adoptable dogs being brought out by the Dunedin Doggie Rescue.
