Our fall half marathon training program will start August 1st and meet Sundays at 7 a.m. at Fleet Feet, Monday at 6 pm at Fleet Feet, Wednesdays at 5:45 p.m. at Oddstory Brewing Co. and Friday at 7am at Fleet Feet. Whether you are trying to complete your first half marathon or you are looking to run a personal best, we'll tailor your training accordingly. The goal race is the 4 Bridges Half Marathon, or any other fall half marathon. This year we have partnered with Scenic City Multisport and Seven Bridges marathon and when you register for the training program you will receive a coupon code for 50% off your race entry fee. Our coached program is led by Jennifer Carter, Chase Peregoy and Steve Carter and includes instruction on running form, pacing, hydration/nutrition, and tips to lead you to a successful race. Program includes training program and a Fleet Feet Running Club shirt, Swiftwick socks, 50% off 4 Bridges Half Marathon entry fee. We will extend our training program through early November if you plan to run other half marathons in the area.
