Event Description
Lemoore's Veteran's Day 5k Run and 3k Run/Walk November 6
This is a great race along the city streets of Lemoore. Race starts and ends downtown at Veteran's park. This race has a tradition of showing support and celebrating those that have served . The Veteran's Day Run benefits the Lemoore Rec's "Lunch with Santa" Event for Kids.
This years Event:
- This years event will have a 5k Run and a 3k Run/Walk starting at 7:45 November 6.
- Packet pick up: Friday November 5 at 5:00 to 7:00 am at the Lemoore Rec. Department
- Race day Packet Pick up starts at 6:30 am at Veteran's park
- There will be a Team Competition in the 5k. There are no limits on team size. The team winner will be based on the top three male and top three Female placements in the 5k.
- Awards will be given in the 3k and 5k.
Awards will be given to the Top Overall Male and Female and the the first place finisher in each age group. - T-shirts and finisher medals given to all runners and walkers. There will be a deadline of October 25 for registration to guarantee t-shirts and medals. (After that date we can't guarantee t-shirts or medals)
- 5K Run & 3K Run/Walk starts at 7:45 am.
- Day of Registration Starts at 6:00 am.
