What is Dream Mile ?

The Dream Mile (DM) is Vibha’s Flagship Run / Walk Fundraiser event, with an anticipated participation of 5000+ patrons across the world. The funds raised through the Dream Mile go towards supporting child development projects in India and the USA - education & food security, post COVID-19 relief efforts, orphan support etc. In addition it will support local beneficiaries of the Dream Mile host cities like the Children’s Hospital of Atlanta, Communities In Schools Chicago etc. Over the years the The Dream Mile has raised more than $3 Million that has gone to support more than 180,000 children.

Who is it for & why I should participate ?

The Virtual Dream Mile event is for anyone anywhere who want to promote fitness safely and support a great cause. In these challenging times, staying physically and mentally fit is one of the key aspects of a strong immune system & health, which in turn is an innate weapon to fight off the COVID-19 virus or any viral/bacterial pathogen. With an underlying mission of supporting underprivileged children while promoting fitness safely and having fun with your groups, the Dream Mile is a win-win event for participants and beneficiaries.

How do I participate ?

Virtual Dream Mile is from September 1 - 30. It has a variety of events to choose - from month long to single day challenges. The walk/run challenges can be completed at your own pace (any day/time during September) and setting (trail, road, treadmill, hiking outdoor/indoor). You can participate individually or in family/friends groups. You can track your activity / results through any fitness apps or manually and can compete with others in fun challenges. The early-bird price is available till August 15. Registrations with 4 or more participants get an additional 10% discount.
