Event Description

The University of Kentucky Doctor of Physical Therapy Class of 2022 invites you to the Annual "Run For Your Life" 5k on September 11th, 2021! You can register here for $25 (and a small processing fee). Sign-in will begin on the day of the race at 8:00am, an hour before the race begins at 9:00am. T-shirts are provided to all race participants who register before August 30th. There will be prizes to the top finishers and a raffle included with your registration!

As future physical therapists, UK DPT advocates for wellness, fitness, health promotion, prevention, and management of disease and disability. As members of the American Physical Therapy Association, it is our goal to promote regular physical activity and exercise to enhance health and prevent disease. This year, we invite YOU to join in on our goal of health and wellness promotion! 

All proceeds will go towards Samaritan's Touch, a non-profit student-organized physical therapy clinic run by UK DPT students as well as funding for the upcoming UK DPT graduates to prepare for the National Physical Therapy Board Exam.
