Are you new to triathlons? Or maybe it's been a while and you're a little rusty. Either way, this free virtual clinic is perfect for you. Over the course of about an hour we will discuss preparing for and completing a triathlon. This clinic will review general training, transitions, equipment (e.g. bike, wetsuit, shoes, etc), general nutrition and many frequently asked questions. The clinic will finish with a brief Q&A as well.
This clinic will be led by one of our coaches, Jordan Perry. Jordan has competed in Kona, 70.3 world championships, marathons and ultra marathons. He is a practicing physical therapist in the Los Angeles area.
