Event Description

Run for Your Heart is an annual 5K/10K with virtual and in-person options for both runners and walkers. The in-person event is typically held in June, and the virtual spans approximately 2 weeks, allowing participants to complete their 5K or 10K at the time and location of their choosing within that timeframe.
